Sarah's Gallery of Art

My "art career" started at the age of four, where I can pinpoint it thanks to a photograph.  My grandma was a watercolor artist and I wanted so very much to have my work look like hers, but to no avail it never did.  Yet over the years I persisted with my art making and creativity, mostly on my own.  When I reached college, the doors began to open as I discovered the talent that I have inside.

Below is a collection of art that I did while in college (and some done after).  It was there through my art teacher as a freshman, that I began to realize I was good at art.  She encouraged me to major in art, and once I did she was tickled pink. I have not forgotten her, or her encouraging words over the years.  While in college I came out of trying to make my artwork look like others and develop my own style, which happens to be soft and dreamlike.
