Virginia is for lovers
Or so they say
I met my lover in Virginia
One fine day
He came a calling
At my door
So handsome was he, how could I say no?
Such a gentleman, offering me his hand
We rode about the town
Seeing all there was to see
Not tiring of the company we
Had of each other
I will not forget this day
The day I met my lover

Love
tell me of this sweet love
what of this wondrous feeling
does it lie within our soul or in some enchanted place
where can i find such a thing
is the journey far
innocent child, love is in you heart
and know where else
the pen and paper makes love seem enchanting
the young dame searching high and low to win the beautiful damsel's heart
love will find you in its own good time
a creature god will put in your path
a special one, whose feelings for will be like
non other you have felt
this my child will be love for you
and this man god gave you

lovely red flowers
nestled in the pond
so pretty they look floating about
the water glistening around them
shinning and sparking
so delicate they look
a fish could disturb them
beware of the frog
he likes the lily pads
the flowers float on
such lovely flowers
deep red, true
so pretty nestled in the pond
on this wonderful day
as i sit and admire them
in the sunlight, playing with the water
around them

beautiful graceful dove
standing yonder on the balcony
looking yonder for her sweet love
her love below hiding...
starring into the fair maiden's eyes
thinking that she is the most gorgeous creature
he has ever seen
wondering if is all a dream
she moves about
crying pleas for her sweet love
wanting him with all her heart
he, below mesmerized bye the beauty that he sees before him
she moves with such grace
like a dove
he is strong and handsome
wanting only to protect her from evil
showing her no harm at all
she speaks into the night air
crying out his name
he hears and speaks her name
betraying himself for her
their eyes lock in passion
he rushes to her
climbing up to be closer and nearer to her
she on the edge..looking down
watching him climb effortlessly up
into her arms
she will be safe and warm
as long as her strong handsome knight
will protect her and love her
not letting her go
they kiss with passion
wanting more of each other after each kiss
but the night is only so long
and all good things come to an end
but their love will last forever
happy they will be

crystal rain falling
from the tall steep cliff
into the rushing water
miles below
the bright sun shinning
down onto the water
crystal rainbows
form amongst the
watery crystals
as the crystal rain
falls far, far
below

rain falling in the river water
the sun is shinning bright
fish swim happily in the river water
watching the rain fall down
i stand in the river water
water coming down on me
and the sun shinning bright
i see a rainbow in the
sky passing through the
water's surface
to the pot of gold
at the rainbows end

troubling thoughts
a roaring river
the sky's an ugly gray
the leaves are blowing
her minds a worrying
a chill is in the air
there's a storm brewing
in her eyes
he's upset her
once again

Moondrops
fall like crystals
from the sky
making sweet splashes
on my pale skin
i lay on the ground
looking at the sky
watching them fall
feeling the wetness
on my skin
my love beside me
licking the sweet drops
from my lips
as i stare into
the glistening moondrops
in his eyes

floating through the air
so delicate and beautiful
the flowers beckoning your call
to taste their sweet nectar
your pretty colors shinning in the sun
as you float through the air
like a dancer
